ASHE&SOVA


CAMERA

Using Zed2 Depth camera, ASHE is able to detect obstacles and explore the surrounded environment.

MECHANISMS

Different mechanisms are used to achieve the required tasks.

BASE CHASSIS

Stainless steel is used for rigidity and robot stability.

ASHE MOTORS

Four DC motors drive SOVA wheels and provide it with the required feed.

SOVA MOTORS

Four C5055 brushless motors drive steering wheels on SOVA to provide it with the required feed and 4 DC motros to steer the angle.

Robots use mecanum wheels as they provide movement in all direction without the need of the steering mechanism to change the direction.

FEATURES

Robots come with a Outside Control Unit, a designed Graphical User Interface, a Control Station to follow up with all data of the two robots.

OUTSIDE CONTROL UNIT

The OCU features a dedicated Graphical User Interface, a Joystick, a Digital Video Recorder (DVR), a Monitor and pressure gauges.

USER EXPERIENCE

The Graphical User Interface was designed to give the supervisor full details over the two Robots and provide them with telemetry from wheels, encoders, pressure sensor and the inertial measurement unit.
